Ball Mills are primarily used for fine grinding. Ball Mill is key equipment which repulverises the material after it is crushed. Ball Mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. Our company has been amongst the pioneers for many years in the design and application of milling systems for the size reduction of a wide variety of materials including minerals, ores, and coal. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall types due to different ways of discharging material.

The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

Ball mill is suitable to grind various mineral and other materials, which is widely used in various industries such as benefication, construction materials, chemical industry, etc, it has two ore grinding ways: dry way and wet way. According to discharge type of finished powder, it can be divided into two kinds: grid type and overflow type. Ball mill is widely used to process cement, silicate product, new building materials, fireproof materials, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal ore benefucation, glass, ceramics, etc.

3.The rotary part. Of rotary cylinder, plate, medium, partition board, discharge grate plate adopt high quality original combination.
4.The feeding of feed rate. Reasonable inlet design, increasing the feed rate.
5.High grinding efficiency, the plate quality is good. Plate and grinding medium using alumina ceramic, quartz, silex or special materials, hard mineral used design no iron pollution, reduce the damage rate, improve the grinding efficiency.
6.The closed system, reduce dust. Ball mill and classifier to form a closed system, negative pressure conveying, no dust, reduce the harm to human body.

Advantages of the ball mills are lower investment, energy saving, structure novelty, easy and safe to operate, stable and reliable performance, etc. It is suitable for milling of general and special ore materials.
