PROCESSED MATERIALS

Feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, barite, rare earth, marble, bauxite, phosphate ore, iron oxide red, dolomite, granite, bitumite, anthracite, lignite, kaolin, bentonite, gypsum, etc.

For the main frame, bevel gear device turns mainshaft. Shovels equipped on the main shaft throw materials between roller and ring, which can form material bed automatically. The material bed is crushed by centrifugal force which comes from grinding roller’s revolution, and then final powders are made successfully.

For the classifier, variable frequency motor turns cage-type rotor. Unqualified powder driven by gravity will return to chamber and be milled again, and qualified powder accompanied by airflow will come into cyclone powder classifier to be separated. Finally, final powders separated from airflow are collected.

When gas mixed with dust gets into powder collector, the motion of airflow changes from rectilinear motion to circular motion. Gas mixed with dust produces centrifugal force during rotating process, and the dust whose relative density is larger than gas’s will be threw at mill wall. Once dust touches mill wall directly, it will lose radial inertia force and falls along with mill wall until cone bottom under the action of downward momentum and downward gravity. When revolving airflow falls to cone, it will move toward center of dust collector because of conical contraction at the same time, with tangential velocity being higher and higher, dust driven by larger centrifugal force will be separated finally.

PERFORMANCE

Features:
1.Thin oil lubricating grinding roller device, low maintenance cost. Grinding roller device adopts thin oil lubrication, which is a technology initiated domestically, and it is maintenance-free and easy to operate.
2. Cancel shovel blade cylinder structure, improving the grinding efficiency. The increased chamber space will allow bigger roller diameter, thus increase the grinding pressure. Besides, larger vent area will reduce wind resistance.
3.Volute elastic damping structure improve the stability of the equipment. MB5X158 Grinding Mill is different from other grinding plants which has rigidity connection by bolts between volute and bed. This new mill adopts damping structure with thickened rubber mat, which avoids damage by vibration of volute and airframe and reduce vibration of classifier.
4. Diluted oil lubricating method realizes excellent stability performance of equipment. The main-shaft bearing, transmission-shaft bearing and gear engagement surface are all supplied with cyclic oil lubrication and heat dissipation by built-in oil pump with automatic operation ever without manual operation, which can timely and effectively ensure operating stability of the host.
5. New-type cage powder concentrator, low power consumption of the system. Powder concentrator applies low-resistance hanging cage powder concentrator, which is of narrow grain-size sorting, high sorting efficiency, low system energy consumption, and under condition of equal materials and fineness, it is of lower power consumption and higher productivity than blade-type powder concentrator.
6. Efficient powder collector, improving service life of equipment. The use of large-diameter powder collector and bottom pneumatic wind lockage valve could effectively improve powder-collecting efficiency, and avoid powder-returning phenomenon; air intake of the powder collector applies wear-proof liner for fitting, which has directly improved the service life.

    Host:

    1.Grinding roller adopts sliding bearing. Compared with rolling bearing, sliding bearing can avoid impact and dust.
    2.Concave blade track. This design is conducive to shoveling materials and converging them all together.
    3.Integral and wearable blade plate. The abrasion performance is improved and the shovel can be replaced easily.
    4.Installing temperature sensor on the upper bearing of main shaft can be easy to help discover fault.
    5.Stick wearable scaleboard inside of the volute. It can avoid abrading volute directly and reduce investment costs effectively.
    6.Mesh-type roller hanger can increase ventilation area of grinding chamber.
    7.Reducer is equipped with lubricant heating device and temperature detecting and controlling device. When the temperature is quite low, it is necessary to start heating device before grinding mill works, and the device will stop working if sensor detects the temperature of lubricant meet the requirement of operation.
    8.The flange face of upper and lower bolt holes of volute is thickened by lathing processing, which can fit sealing ring closely and avoid leakage of powder.

    Classifier:

    1.Classifier adopts hanging-type low resistance rotor whose shape like cone cage. It takes advantages of small classifying range, high classifying efficiency, low resistance and low energy consumption. Compared with sun wheel-type classifier, this classifier’ capacity is larger and its energy consumption is smaller when processing same materials and same requirements.
    2.Drive system is equipped with centralized lubricating device. It can provide oil for classifier termly and quantitatively which reduce working in high place.

    Auxiliary equipment:

    1.High Efficient powder collector. Efficient powder collector with large diameter makes powder collection efficiency higher and amount of return powder smaller. The air inlet of powder collector is stuck on wearable liner. The bottom is equipped with pneumatic discharging valve, and it can prevent air from returning effectively.
    2.Optimize pipes. Adopting square pipe between classifier and powder collector is easy for customers to make or patch it by themselves, and it can avoid the loss of resistance lost from collector inlet. Besides, air-out pipelines of powder collector are symmetric, which can ensure working condition of powder collector is same with the other. And two powder collectors can make efficiency higher.
    3.It has impulse bag filter which is beneficial for environmental protection.
    4.High efficiency blower.
